Using the site
Be a good Mischief
The site is free to browse. Please don’t try to break it, overload it, get around its security, or scrape it in bulk.
Messages sent through the contact form should be genuine. Spam and abuse will be ignored.
Art and content
Nez’s work stays Nez’s
The art, characters (including Nezuyaki, Mincey, and the Mischiefs), logos, writing, and videos on this site belong to Nez or to the artists credited with them.
Please ask before reusing them. Art references and a checklist for fan art live on the References page.
Other platforms
Links, embeds, and donations
The site links to and embeds YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Tiltify, and other services. Those services have their own terms, and Nez doesn’t control them.
Plaguefest donations are processed by Tiltify and go to the charity named on the campaign. Questions about a payment or refund go to Tiltify.
Nezuyaki Analytics
A private, single-user tool
Nezuyaki Analytics is a personal dashboard for Nez’s own accounts. It isn’t offered to the public, and no one else may sign in to it or connect accounts to it.
It uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy apply to YouTube data. Data from Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok is used under each platform’s own developer terms.

The site and the dashboard are personal projects, provided as is. Nez works to keep them accurate and running, but can’t promise they’ll always be available or error-free, and isn’t responsible for losses from using them.
